Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds are only permitted for full price items. Custom order, sale, promotional or archive items cannot be refunded. 

You may return items within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, on the condition that the item is unused, in the same condition that it was received and it must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached. 

We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions.

In the case of items received incorrectly or received in damaged or faulty condition, you will need to notify as soon as possible. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will either offer an exchange if there is a replacement available or offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered and we will arrange for return of the faulty item.

To return any item(s) from your order, e-mail us at management@leginknits.com with your order number and reference of the item(s) you would like to return. 

Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality review. Please allow up to 7 days for this to be completed. Once items have passed inspection, the refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment.

You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item.  Customs and duties costs, as well as cost of original shipment will not be refunded.

CUSTOM ORDERS & UPLIFTED ORDERS:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders , all sales items, promotional or archived items are final sale. Turnaround time is 14 – 21 business days from when the order is placed.
